Here at Trustyle, we use state-of-the-art embroidery and printing processes to customise your garments with your brand or logo. Depending on the quantity, size, and complexity of the design, and the item being customised, we’ll advise the best method to suit your needs.
Screen Printing – Ink is applied to the garment through mesh screens to recreate your design. Screen printing is great for dark or light coloured garments such as t shirts or hoodies.
Embroidery – Your artwork is converted into stitches to permanently brand the product with a durable and quality finish. 15 colours maximum per design, perfect for Polo Shirts.
Direct to Garment (DTG) – Like a giant inkjet print for t-shirts in full colour. Hi resolution artwork is recommended here.
Vinyl CAD Cut – Perfect for short run text-based logos like web addresses, phone numbers. Cheap to produce, but high impact. Best for designs in one or two colours.
Versacamm Print and Cut – Full colour digital print onto vinyl, which is then cut by the same machine and heat-pressed on.
